It is located near the very back eastern part of the ranch not far from the end of cul-de-sac so you just will not be getting much traffic up here except for a few neighbors. One of the things that we love the most about properties on Eagles Landing is that this ranch is close to the neat small unique town of Stonewall Colorado which is not far from Monument and North Lakes and the San Isabel National Forest plus Bosque del Oso near Weston. So if you like to hunt and fish you are really close to those activities. Plus Stonewall has a nice RV park, a diner and a couple of small convenience stores so that you dont have to drive all the way back 35 miles to Trinidad for basic necessities.

Tract 16 has a lot of character from the gentle level nice sized building site on the north side of the parcel where you get the most usable ground and best views then all the way down to the bottom of the draw south of the building site. All the way over to the end of the cul-de-sac road on Elk Point where you have another access to the south west corner of the property and a bit more usable ground. So you could have a whole lot of exploring to do if you are adventurous cause it is a bit steep down to the lower level and bottom draw.
