You can ride a horse, snowmobile or ATV on or through most of it except for the wilderness, which does not allow for any powered vehicles but does allow for hose back riding or foot traffic. The south-facing lodge has great unobstructed views to the south and southeast of mountainous terrain covered in aspen and spruce trees. The property has its own well, which produces over 10 gpm according to the test done when drilled. The lodge will sleep 14 people comfortably and has been and is used for weekend rentals and or for hunting parties for longer terms. Many use it for cross country skiing and or snowmobiling. There is a 300 gallon water storage tank inside of the house which is filled automatically from the well. A small but well built storage and generator building has been constructed at the rear of the cabin for easy access. The property abuts National Forest Service land on the easterly side.
