Built in 2006 with full round large diameter canadian spruce logs. This house boasts a huge 27 foot high custom rock fireplace made with local rocky mountain moss rock. There is a fireplace downstairs with a insert that can heat the entire house. The main level has a see through fireplace for that ski lodge look. Brazilian cherry hardwood floors throughout the main level. On the main level all the external walls are chinked natural logs inside and out. The interior walls are solid blue pine tunge and groove. All with natural finish polyeurathane. The main level has a master bedroom with his and hers closets and a 8' sliding glass door which opens out onto the 46 foot long covered deck which connects to the other uncovered deck which is 10' x 41' . The spacious livingroom is 30'x 25' with the 27' high fire place in the middle for that ski Lodge feel. The open kitchen design opens into the Living area. Kitchen cabinets are solid hickory with a natural finish. Kitchen includes large side by side refridgerater, stainless steel gas stove and microwave, stainless steel dishwasher and garbage disposal. Main Level pantry/laundry room has an entire wall of hickory cabinets for pantry and laundry purposes. Washer and dryer are included. Main level full bathroom is a large 13' long.
The Kitchen is natural Hickory as is the walkin pantry and laundry room. Very large living and dining area with the master bedroom on the main level.
The lower level has two large bedrooms a fireplace a full bathroom a large livingroom/rec room and another full kitchen.
There is an attached log two car garage 900 square foot. On the main level is a wrap around covered deck 10' x 46' and the open deck is 10' x 41' We are selling our home completely furnished at this price. Absolutely everything stays.
