Improvements: The ranch is improved by a three bedroom home, pens and outbuildings. Fences are in overall good condition and the ranch is partitioned into ten pastures and several traps.

Access: Access to the ranch is provided by graded county road.

Hunting/Recreation: There is an abundance of antelope, some mule deer, quail, dove and ducks on the creek.
